We headed out yesterday with an idea and a married couple. Oh...and a dress. The dress didnt know it yet but it was about to get TRASHED.
Thanks to the Florida weather we had tons of rain and dirty street water to aid in our scheme. We had a ton of fun and and I know Emily and Preston are going to love the photos. Enjoy!

We wouldnt be doing our trip to Mexico justice if we didnt post some of our photos from the day after Trash the Dress session with Joe & Jackie.

Jackie was so pumped about doing these photos after seeing a video online of another photographer shooting in a Cenote in Mexico as well.
We lucked out in finding a guide who would take us to a secret spot not open to the public for our shoot and couldnt have been happier with the results. Let us know what you think.

We did an extreme Bridal shoot today with our friend and assistant, Tezz (Hortencia Caires) at an amazing and top secret location. Not only is she amazing behind the camera but she's not too bad on the other side of the lens either. We had a lot of fun and think this may be something we do more often. Let us know what you think.

I've always loved the combination of Trash the Dress and Fashion. For those brides who are into fashion at least, it seems to be the only thing that makes sense. This is awesome, and yes. Do more, do more ! :)

Recently I have taken a renewed interest in creative and experimental methods of working with images in the lab after viewing the work of Jesh De Rox. His work is so expressive and thoughtful that I felt a great connection with it and decided to re-visit the trash the dress shoot we did last month and give it some more attention. I think life takes us through seasons and as an artist I am inspired by work that reflects these physical or emotional seasons. I love it when the weather turns cold. Maybe thats whats inspiring this new creativity and I think somehow that feeling is evident in the work below. I also must give credit to a new musician I have recently come across, Amy Seeley. Her music is beautiful to say the least and it was playing on loop while working these images. Enjoy.
