What a lovely way to wake up in the morning, to find one of our fave e.sessions (Ashley & Brody) featured on one of our absolutely fave wedding style blogs! We have been following this ahhhhmazing site for quite some time now, and have been recommending it to our brides for style and planning ideas for their weddings ever since we first found it. We go the news yesterday that The Tampa Bay Times chose our photos of Emily & Preston's Trash the Dress session to be the cover for today's Wedding Guide issue as well as an awesome feature in the magazine. It is so cool to have our work appreciated in our community and know that there is only more to come.

We headed out yesterday with an idea and a married couple. Oh...and a dress. The dress didnt know it yet but it was about to get TRASHED.

Thanks to the Florida weather we had tons of rain and dirty street water to aid in our scheme. We had a ton of fun and and I know Emily and Preston are going to love the photos. Enjoy!

On a little break from a little thing I like to call, three Senior Portrait sessions, 2 e.sessions, a wedding and two states, I went online and saw that DLWeddings had been featured on one of our favourite wedding planning blogs Confetti Events! Jaime and Laurie are incredible planners based out of Tampa, Fl and not only do an amazing job on the wedding day, they also take time to inspire brides to be on their blog. Our friend and amazing bride Angela Palacio was featured on the blog of amazing wedding planner Susan Southerland this week and we are sooo proud of her. (We were also super excited they chose to include a few of our pics). Angela did an incredible job planning her wedding, which only makes sense, since in her everyday life she spends her days planning weddings at The Hyatt Grand Cypress in Orlando.

So we are sooooo excited to have one of our most favorite couple's wedding featured in the current issue of Brides Florida Magazine. That's right, Sarah & Kevin were married in November of Last year at Winter Park's Mead Garden and the wedding reception at the Winter Park Farmers Market Orlando, FL. They had such a unique style and details that as soon as we posted a few of their photos on our blog back in November, we were approached by The Knot and Brides Florida Magazine to feature images from their wedding in their print magazines. Fortunately, Brides was first and they got the feature.

Sarah also had a huge part in the design of alot of the details as she currently has an accessory/clothing line of her own (sarahhearts.com) and just started a wedding stationary design business as well.. So you should definitely stop by her site and check out what she has going on.

Anyway, the issue hits newsstands today (not in our town yet though as we have been looking :( so go pick one up and check out everything going on in Florida.
