Nicola & Jonathan Picnic in the Park
We had so much fun with Nicola & Jonathan at their engagement session. Such an amazing couple and so much fun to work with. Their engagement session was another in our series of Story-Telling style engagement sessions. Engagement sessions are a great time to get a few portraits for the wedding or a small album of two lovebirds but for some couples that just isnt enough. Nicola & Jonathan wanted more than the norm. They came to the right place.

We love to bring the styory telling aspect into the engagement session because the photos come together in a way that brings life to the photos. It shows the couple not only posing for portraits but living a moment out together, just how they will be on their wedding day. And the photos that are produced transcend time even more because of that.

As you can see below, our stories arent extreme or edgy, but romantic and personal. Bringing out the beauty in simplicity and the romance in the everyday.

Ashley & Brody's Strawberry Festival Engagement Session
Ok, so I think its pretty clear, but just in case anyone was wondering or unsure, Brian & I looooooooooooooooooove engagement sessions! Love! So! Much!

Why you ask, well, one its pretty awesome getting to hang out and take pics with all the rad couples we have as clients (I can say rad right, No? well too bad…)

Also, we love getting to come up with different and creative places to shoot, and tell stories. When Ashley told us she wanted to do their session at the Strawberry Festival we were like “heck yes”!!!  And friends, it was a photographers dream!

Thank you so much Ashley & Brody! We had an excellent time hanging with you guys, and I cannot explain to you how excited we are for your wedding in upstate NY next June. Maybe its just me, but im thinking a wedding overlooking a gorge in upstate NY is going to be pretty ahhhmazing! Plus I cant wait to see all the awesomeness you guys put together for your details!

Sneak peek Monday - Ketan - 6months
Ok everyone, here goes a lil something new. In efforts to be more consistent blogging, I am introducing a lil something I like to call, sneak peek monday. (If anyone has any better names, please, by all means) Bless. Anyways, so, point being, check back every Monday, and we will have at least, at least a little sneak peek for you. And of course dont forget to come by occasionally during the week for full posts and fun times. So, without further ado, what better to start of the new week, than a super cute little guy in his Easter duds?

I have been photographing this little guy since a little before he was born when we did Radha's maternity pics. It has been pretty cool seeing this little guy grow up. Here are a couple pics from his 6 month session.
